I looked at our recruiting classes 2000-present and I


I think the classes 2017-2019 were on par with Beamer. 2020 was a dumpsterfire.
I am convinced that the biggest issue is PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. That accounts for lack of execution and it also accounts for players jumping into the portal to find a program who can help them succeed.
Recuiting is an issue but development I am convinced coaching/development is just as big or an even bigger issue.
